Harvard Institute of Coaching Leadership Conference

In September 2013, Sunny was specially invited to take part in the Leader2Leader conference taking place on 25th and 26th of September – 2 days before the Harvard Institute of Coaching conference on Coaching in Leadership and Healthcare. She gave a short talk on the challenges being faced by leaders and leadership, as well as those who are working with leaders today.  You can watch this short video clip by following this link.

Sunny’s contribution to the development of coaching as an emerging profession was recognised, and she received an award from the Institute of Coaching, thanking her for her donation and commitment to supporting the scientific foundation of coaching.
