Dr Sunny Stout-Rostron was specially invited to take part in the Leader2Leader conference taking place on 25th and 26th of September 2014 – 2 days before the Harvard Institute of Coaching conference on Coaching in Leadership and Healthcare. She gave a short talk on the challenges being faced by leaders and leadership, as well as those who are working with leaders today. Her talk was based on a recent peer-reviewed paper, a research survey and a newly-released book that she has written on new paradigms that are arising in leadership in the modern world in business, government and NGO’s.
