Institute of Coaching: Leader2Leader Conference, September 2014

Dr Sunny Stout-Rostron was specially invited to take part in the Leader2Leader conference taking place on 25th and 26th of September 2014 – 2 days before the Harvard Institute of Coaching conference on Coaching in Leadership and Healthcare. She gave a short talk on the challenges being faced by leaders and leadership, as well as those who are working with leaders today. Her talk was based on a recent peer-reviewed paper, a research survey and a newly-released book that she has written on new paradigms that are arising in leadership in the modern world in business, government and NGO’s.

The Coaching & Positive Psychology Initiative, based at Harvard Medical School’s McLean Hospital, is dedicated to the vision of developing an academic foundation of coaching psychology. Top research questions in the field of coaching as discussed at the International Coaching Research Forum.
