With Dr Sunny Stout-Rostron and Creina Schneier
The question Nancy Kline thinks coaches need to be asking themselves is, “What more can we do to help people to think for themselves?” If you are a trained coach, coaching psychologist, team coach, facilitator or HR/OD officer/consultant who wishes to enhance your mastery of practice as a coach and business consultant then this programme is for you. This is also a valuable programme for leaders, managers and supervisors trained in coaching, who wish to integrate a coaching approach into their management of individuals, teams and group processes. When all Ten Components(TM) of a Thinking Environment(TM) are present there is a coaching element in the conversation. This work has been embraced by the coaching world because it generates individual, independent and critical thinking in people who are then able to collaborate more effectively in the workplace. If you are prepared to commit to on-going mastery of practice then the facilitators of this programme welcome you. The first two days are dedicated to the thinking partnership/coaching process; the second two days are devoted to the business applications (Council, Transforming Meetings, Diversity, Timed Talk) which you will find valuable as a facilitator and a leader. This is a dynamic, experiential learning forum which will enhance your mastery of practice and give you additional tools for working not just with individuals but with groups. The entire programme is four days (two two-day modules) at R10 500 plus VAT, paid in advance for the entire four days. The venue will be announced once all participants have confirmed, and directions will be sent prior to the programme. The programme brochure is attached. Please email in return if you would like to attend; there are only a few places and it will be first come first serve. Looking forward to hearing from you. Warmest regards, Sunny
