The Coaching & Positive Psychology Initiative, based at Harvard Medical School’s McLean Hospital, is dedicated to the vision of developing an academic foundation of coaching psychology. The initiative focussed on top research questions in the field of coaching as discussed at the International Coaching Research Forum.

Sunny was an invited guest speaker, focussing on a number of key issues, namely: creating transformation in organisations; building sustainability in the course of transforming organisations; creating increasing professionalism within the coaching community and continually raising standards through reflective practice, supervision and other professional practice; having a community of credible, professional coaches who can help leaders fulfil their roles, and who can impact positively on leadership.
